My idea of success started to evolve in high school. I thought a successful life meant a good education, a reputable career and a big fat salary that would allow me to buy whatever I wanted. I was in the top of my class, had scholarships to every university I applied to and was being told by everyone around me I was destined for success. Surely the future would be a breeze after finals were behind me, right? I was NOT worried!

My reality however, was quite different out in the real world. I found that my formal education did little to prepare me for what a successful life actually FELT like. I followed the path society had laid out in front of me, found a good job with the fat paycheck, and on paper looked like I was living the dream. However, I was starting to feel like I wanted more. The problem was, I didn’t know what that more looked like for me. Everyone around me was getting more promotions, making more money, getting more degrees, having more babies, and buying more things. But none of that looked appealing to me anymore. There was a nagging deep inside me that I couldn’t ignore but I couldn’t exactly hear what it was trying to tell me. The problem I discovered, after MUCH soul searching, was that I had never taken the time to create what MY perfect vision of my life looked like. And what lay before me were years of confusion, frustration, fear and uncertainty on how I should move forward to achieve it.

Fast forward about a decade….here I am. What I have discovered through my own personal journey and through my development as a coach is this: Inside each and every one of us is an incredibly unique and special life, designed perfectly for only us. It is not defined by the society we live in. It is not defined by the people around us. It was designed by something much bigger than any of us. And it is up to us to bring it out into the world.

What I have also discovered is that the joy does not come in the acquiring of things and experiences, it comes in the movement towards them. As humans, we are designed to continually grow and expand and that is where all the fun lies. Once we acquire what it is we dream of, we will inevitably set our sights on something greater. It is when we stop growing and expanding that life begins to lose it’s luster.

My own journey was long, awkward and bumpy but through my coaching experience I’ve been able to set out a four step process to help you jump right to the good parts to maximize success as quickly as possible. There is no need to wander around aimlessly anymore.

If you can hear that voice, deep down inside you, even if it is just the softest whisper, that there is more for you to have, to be, or to do, I want to help you bring it to life. You deserve to have the best that life has to offer. It’s not always easy but I assure you, it will be worth it!
